• A non-resident, licensed agent in 44 other states since 1989. 
• Holds Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation since 1985.
• Has written over 100 articles for publications like Fun World, Tourist Attractions & Parks, The Right Track, Putt-Putt Golf of America, and Kart Marketing International.
• Has attended and presented seminars at all major amusement tradeshows since 1989.
• Has personally conducted over 400 on-site inspections and loss control reviews for amusement parks throughout the United States.
